Our implementation timeline for our proposed initiatives 1-10 starts soon at this month’s AAIM in Hungary, where we hope to reach a consensus on core principles. We would plan to begin active planning and implementation work immediately thereafter, building up to IC ’12 in August in Moscow, which would serve as the next big milestone. We hope to be in the position to begin rolling out services in the latter part of 2012, picking up the pace in 2013 and 2014 as outlined in this preliminary document.
